• FedEx Ground shipping is complimentary and provided by Wingstop.
• Expedited shipping is not available.
• Orders will be processed and shipped within 14 days of the order date.
• Orders ship Monday through Friday.
• Once your jacket ships, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with a FedEx tracking number.
• Please allow up to 24 hours for FedEx to scan the package and begin displaying tracking updates.
• Delivery timing varies based on destination and FedEx transit times.
• Signature is not required unless determined necessary by FedEx.
• If a package is lost or arrives damaged, customers should contact support within 7 days of the marked delivery date.
